yeah they cost me the teaser tonight and a solid parlay on tuesday... overall about 300 in winnings if they could have just won and held it to 11 tonight... owell. and thanks mlb i'll make my units 5 bucks hopefully i can double up in no time.

Bret, I have been betting for about three years now and have made a good chunk of extra money in doing so. Coming out of college, I didn't have much money so I did a lot of $100 reloads. I would chase parlays and teasers all day long, hoping to hit it big. Big mistake.

If you got $100, bet $20 a game and go from there. I know the feeling - it freakin sucks because it's such a long climb to the top. But this is the NBA, where shit happens (MIL getting their ass beat by PHI). Focus on 1-2 games per day. There is a good chance you will at least break even if you bet 2 games a day.

These teasers are designed to lure you in with ridiculous odds, but at the end of the day they know one of your games will be busted by some freak incident. Take it slow and good luck!

the problem wasn't the nuggets it was the celtics. the celtics wanted that game more last night on national tv and stepped up the d and were focused. i sat directly behind their bench and they were serious about that game. denver is still very tough.
