Im confused about the title of this thread. Shouldnt one be very confident in a game they placed a bet on? No matter what I do that is competitive by nature, gambling, playing sports, etc I am 100% confident in whatever it is. Especially gambling, you need to be overconfident to survive. Scared money dont make money

Personally, I just didn't understand why the Nuggets were favored so heavily as the Bucks have been playing great ball lately. How on Earth could anyone lay -800 on the Nuggets straight up playing against such a hot team?

1. It's your money and your responsibility to follow anyone online, so if a loss like this affects you this badly, you should question how you are managing your bankroll.

2. He never said it was a lock. He was just expressing his confidence, and if that makes you spill your money all over it, then it's your fault. LB has posted tons of other confident plays like this which have hit very well based on the fact that the team performed to the way they were expected (unlike Denver).

3. "Tone it down a little and there will be less hate." First of all you shouldn't be showing any hate to someone who on average has been making phenomenal plays. So just because a mistake was made which was NOT on purpose does not justify your reaction.

Not to single this guy out, as he's definitely not the only one saying things like this, but the anger arising from people over this issue is so heavily fueled by greed it's disgusting. So many people with no interest in contributing anything positive to the forum but always waiting in line for the free meal. Makes this place a lot less appealing.
