Haha... I didnt post my plays in units. I copied the exact bet amount and payout in my orginial post- check it again (since it's a parlay and not a spread, I like to make the wager to WIN a specific # of units- so posting my picks with unit values would be confusing due to the uneven #s). Follow at your own risk... I'm not sayin you should bet exactly what I do

Good luck man. I followed on these. Liking these plays, LB already booked the Wiz and appears to lean towards Rockets tonight. Mex also took Wiz and Rockets so thats 2 good cappers there. To be honest I'm more nervous about Boston out of all the plays

Yeah stole the Wiz idea from LB. Originally liked the Nuggets at -3 when I saw it but it's a long road trip. When the line went to -2.5 I thought trap and LB posted the same opinion. So that's why I took Rockets. I'm more worried about them than the Celtics. We'll see hopefully they all win including the Wiz and we'll get this money

No way. People here HAAATE the Thunder. So do I, to be honest. But I hate OKC and their fans, Bennett, and their gayass nickname and uniforms the most. But I still am a big Kevin Durant fan and I like to see the old guys do well.
I follow the Blazers more now, because I am a Univ of Washington grad and went to a bunch of games when Brandon Roy was playing there with Nate Robinson- our team was legit!
Sad story how the Sonics got stolen from us. The people in seattle are tree huggers who didn't really stand up for their professional sports team - especially the damn legislation and our governor

Anyway, I could go on for hours. Thunder are gonna be really good soon, it's a shame. If you wanna see an awesome story about the Sonics being robbed from Seattle watch the film Sonicsgate at www.sonicsgate.org. Great informative film. Thanks LB for being somewhat of a mentor

That's a good question to ask LB or another spread capper. I bet the ML for a reason here- to cover my ass if either one happens to be a grind it out game. If I really had to throw out a #... my wild guess would be Lakers win by 15 and Celtics win by 11. Don't go wildly betting them to cover now

I was actually thinking about teasing those two teams to B+5 for (-110) or B+6 for (-130).

The Warriors got Ellis back and Boston has lost some easy games at home so I'm kind of worried.

Hey Payton...speaking of ML's, isn't this a good strategy?:

The way I look at the ML plays is getting value...so if the linesmakers opened up the line at -190 then that's the number they think it will be(and more often than not, the linesmakers are pretty dang close to being right most of the time)...so if I can get a game at -138 that the linesmakers believe should be at -190, then I am getting great value...am I not right??

Also, like if the total of game opens up at 203 (Which the linesmakers think is the number) and it moves to 206, then taking the UNDER would be a great value play because you are basically getting 3 points on top of the linesmakers....

Am I totally off on this??

I don't really bet totals much so maybe Paco can answer your Q on that. As far as money lines... I don't know what you mean by getting a line at -138 that the linesmakers think should be at -190. What you might be talking about is the money line increasing approaching gametime(in most cases). A lot of times the home favorite ML will start out at -180 and sometimes be up to -200. Or start at -400 and go to -450. In that case I guess you would be getting a better value by betting early when the lines come out.

Man, how bout them Rockets?? Too bad I had the Wizards in both those other parlays... I took a chance to win some big chips and it didn't hit so what can I say? The Lakers just need to bring this one home.

(this is why I balance my parlays with bet amounts according to how confident I am in the parlay hitting)
