Well had a good day yesterday ( for once ). Hit 4 out of 5 losing the last play of the night, so hoping for another lucky day. There are a few I really like tonight as well.
#1. ORAL ROBERTS ML + 125
I dont want the 2 1/2 points here because they wont be needed. Oral Roberst on the ML is the play here. I have seen this as high as + 135 but I got it at + 125 at thegreek. I dont understand how they are favoring IUPU here. Just dont understand it. Oral Roberts is 20-12 and yes IUPU is 23-9, but I dont care. We all know records dont mean jack. Oral Roberts is a much better team and they will win this game straight up.
Oral lost to Wake Forest, Beat Stanford at Stanford, Lost to Virginia, Beat a 22-9 Missouri team, lost to Indiana State and lost to Louisville. They beat the #8 ranked team in the country, 28-3 New Mexico.
On the other hand , who has IUPU played ??? Noone. What impressive win does IUPU have ??? None. IUPU played 4 decent teams this year. They played Auburn, Notre Dame, Kansas State, and Memphis. They lost all 4 games. They lost them by a total of 71 points, and didnt play any of those games closer than 13 points. They have gotten crushed against all 4 decent teams they have played.
I know some will say that these two have played twice and the results proves these are even teams. No, they arent. In their first meeting at IUPU, Oral had a terrible first half shooting like 22% from the field. From that point on Oral dominated between these two teams this year. Oral dominated the second half at IUPU winning it by 15 points, they had just fallen too far behind early on. Then Oral beat them at Oral Roberts university.
Of course those games dont matter now, but Oral will win tonight straight up and I would say by 7-10 points.
#2. Knicks + 6 1/2
Just seems like way too many points for the Hawks to be giving the Knicks at home. I think the Knicks have a good shot of winning this game, but I really like it taking the 6 1/2. The Knicks are playing much better ball then what they were at the start of the season.
Yes the Knicks are only 3-15 in their last 18 games, but they do tend to stay in games. they come in here off a 20 point loss to the Nets, but I expect a good showing tonight. The last time these two played, The Knicks won straight up in Atlanta. Got to take the 6 1/2 here.
#3. Golden State + 6
The Warriors score a lot and give up a lot. This game will be up and down the court and the 215 is probably too low. I wont play a total that high, just taking the 6 points as I think the Warriors match up very well with this New Orleans team. It will be a close game and neither team is going to won this one by 6 points.
Also one Parlay tonight.
