Yeah you gotta have the insiders for each team. Brian Windhorst of the Cleveland Plain Dealer (PDcavsinsider) had it posted about two minutes before you posted this, so about the same time as the line service i would think.

Some of them yes. Brian Windhorst is the Cavs authority. As for other teams sometimes it takes me some searching. Also good to follow ESPN columnists.
