trends support a CLE cover, starting to lean on em myself... was doing well fading the Cavs when laying dd's, but they really seem like they are abusing sub-par teams lately.

I like the 1H Houli simply because the Cavs like to start fast at home. Dick Bavetta is head referee tonite and he is a home team killer ATS,but he usually don't slow the pace down until the 2H. Bavetta seems to like the Cavs though so it may not matter. Anyways, it's worth a shot. I don't usually look at a -12 and say the road team at +12 is getting to much credit, but in this case it looks that way. I would play the Over for the 1H as well

12 is a lot for a game... I like the first half bet and they probably will win by 12 but I like the half time bet for sure!

Good luck Houli. It should be okay but that last second unnecessary shot might kill it. Remember you are the one that made the thread about taking teams coming off blowout losses. Detroit got blown out last game. Tread carefully.

Yes, he also favors the under, but many of his games go over the 1H total and slow to a crawl in the 2H. Tim Donagay, the disgraced ref that gambled said he is the master of game manipulation and can control pace better than any other referee.... That's no bullshit either... go to covers.com and look at his ATS trends and O/U trends.

I don't know about this. Cavs are on a roll right know. LBJ has got two soft games in a row with plenty of rest time and he will probably get the same tonight. Cavs isn't exactly a covering machine at home (except first qt and halfs) and Pistons with 12 points might be the right move, but I can't bet on a team that just lost to the Knicks big time. Cavs or nothing for me here.
