Media breaks?

How do NBA players know when there's a media break coming up?

TNT is annoying as hell, they're about to jump the ball up, AFTER THE BREAK


It's like fycking deal or no deal, the players all seem to know when to sit down? There's gotta be a red light somewhere, something like that?

TNT turns nba games into 3+ hour affairs. its difficult for teams to gain steam when theres so many, and really long, play stoppages

I know there are mandatory under 6mins timeouts in regular games, so in that situation they would know when its coming...but Im not sure for televised games....anyone know more info?
