not really comparing. i just learnt my lesson after those two lose bets i had.

which is better between mavs, rockets, nuggets dont matter here. what matter is whether lakers want to play playoff or regular season basketball there.

i dont see a point in arguing with you n hope it ends here. this game is just normal bet for me, but i certainly willing to take lakers cover here. lakers r not my fav team, if they lose (either play good or bad) later, it is their problems, not mine, n i will move to my next bet

Denver +6.5. As much as LA will look to this game as an opportunity to make a statement, so will the Nuggets who are never consistently mentioned as contenders.

sure they contenders, contenders to get there ass kicked in the western conf finals...if they can get by dal...bron/kobe showdown in the finals chalk it up...just like parleying USA and Canada hockey on fri some things are inevitable

I agree that the Nuggets aren't real contenders, but that doesn't mean they don't feel slighted by the exclusion and consequently play big in regular season statement games. They have the talent to beat any team in any game in the regular season. Throw in the incentive of beating the Lakers and give them 6.5 points, and it's hard not to like them in this spot.
