The Nuggets are due for a cover today since they haven't covered the last 3 games. The Bucks will be playing a back to back with tired legs due to overtime against the woeful Kings. They're probably drained, after making an emotional comeback just to win the thing. They're relieved just to make it to Denver with a win. Denver will come out with a statement, like they always do against all the plus .500 team at home. They will not let off the gas in this one, and finish strong.
Leaner under 203
Teams playing back to back with overtime usually has an off and low scoring game the following day. And that's about the only edge that would make me take the under.

Strong lean Over 220
Knicks can't stop anything or anyone, while the Nuggets D is slowly deteriorating. The absent of Kenyon Martin finally showed against the Bucks, as the Nuggets could not make any stops when it mattered.

As terrible as the Knicks are, this game means more to them than the Nuggets. Having the opportunity to beat one of the NBA elites in Madison square garden is a motivation within it self. The Nuggets at this point can't be trusted with a spread favor by more than 5 points. The Bucks beat the Nuggets with their top scorers Andrew Bogut and Brandon Jennings combining for only 11 points. The Knicks is capable of replicating that, since they'll have the home crowd energy.

For this game to over the Nuggets has to provide the offensive punch. They barely crack over one hundred against the woeful Knicks D. The Nuggets will play smart basketball today, unlike their normal high flying act to have a chance against Boston. Expect time consuming possessions by both teams.

Nuggets are in a funk right now and playing in Boston is probably not the best place to break from that. This might a 10 point win for the Celts today.

The Nuggets are feeling good about themselves again. After being down by 12 to Toronto in the 4th quarter, the Nuggets finally figure out how to D up and steal that win at the end. The will carry that momentum into this game.

Always take the Nuggets as an underdogs. I like their effort in Orlando, despite the loss. Nuggets will show up for this game and treat it like the playoffs. Both teams playing back to back, so they should be evenly matched fatigue wise.

I still like this game going high because Denver's going to give up points defensively. If they can hold their own, then I don't why this game isn't going to be another shootout.

As bad as the Nuggets are playing right now, they are always dangerous at home. This team either going to come out firing or play finesse and lose to the likes of the Bucks. I'll take my chances with the Nuggets 30-6 home record anyday against anyone. You can't hold a good team down forever, and the Nuggets are due today.

Nuggets needs to keep winning, because the schedule isn't going to get easier. Nothing's better than following a big win vs a weak team. The Clippers are the most unorganized team in the NBA. They don't have any go to scorer when things get ruff, this team easily succumb to adversity and give up. Nuggets will easily handle the Clips today.

I don't trust the Clips ability to score alot of points here, the might only score in the 80's while the Nuggets drop 110-115 on them.

Easy play here. Both teams needing every single win and game to improve their seedings. It's playoff basketball from here on out for the Nuggets, and they know the #2 seeds is at stake. I like the Nuggets experience here and I think they will be well prepared for the Thunders who's playing a back to back.

The key in this game is motivation. Are the Lakers motivated enough to come into a hostile Denver environment and play playoff basketball, in basically a meaningless game to them? The Lakers only need one win to clinch the west, and they'll probably prefer doing it against weaklings like the Clippers or the Kings in the following games. Denver with certainty will bring their A game, despite being on a B2B. The Nuggets need this win more, to maintain their seeding and win the Northwest Division. That's why the Nugz is the play here.

I like the over because the Nuggets tend to shoot better and get more foul calls for free throws at home. I'm also expecting the Nuggets to try and beat the Lakers with their verses their defense, since much of it was already used up yesterday in Oklahoma City.

Expecting another playoff like atmosphere despite the Spurs playing a B2B. The Spurs rarely loses 3 in a row, and they have the big three back. Even though Kenyon Martin will be back, he's still around 90%. I don't expect him to be much of a factor against Tim Duncan, the key for keeping the Spurs in this game. Plus, laying that many points is way too much against a team with the capabilities of the Spurs.

All these playoff bound team are going all out at this point, and positioning themselves for the best seed possible. Nothing's better than beating a team twice on their hometurf, that you might potentially face in the playoffs. The Nuggets are still steaming from that ref job in the last game vs the Spurs. The Spurs are probably the only team in the NBA capable of putting that much frustration on the Nuggets, that lead to 17 fouls and 3 technicals. Fortunately for the Nuggets today, they will be able to take out all of that frustration on the woeful Grizzlies. I'm expecting the Nuggets to be rowed up, for this final regular season home finale. Look for a 20 point @ss whooping courtesy of the Denver Nuggets.

I see this game going to the wire, with the team with the final shot wins. Unlike their previous crucial losses to Dallas and the Spurs just earlier, today game means elimination from the #3 seed if you don't win. I expect to see the Nuggets team that played tough against the Lakers in LA during the Western Conference finals, to show up today. They will not be phased by that hostile Phoenix crowd, and the Nuggets D lead by Kenyon Martin will get it done today.

The first game was a lot closer than the score indicated. I think the Jazz will make some adjustment and should be able to hang with the Nuggets. The only invariable in this game would be the JR Smith factor. JR for some reason is very inconsistent with following a good game with another one. He's the deciding factor in a Denver blow out, and I think Utah will contain him.

The only fighting chance Utah has in this game is a slow pace one. I expect Jerry Sloan to be smart enough to adjust to Denver's run and gun strength. The Nuggets should also play harder D this time around, because Kenyon Martin and Co doesn't want Utah to drop 100 points on them again. Something they've been talking alot about the last two days.
