Wow, What a day today, 8-8 ATS, and that Portland/Utah game was crazy.
Today I have a lot going on, and it is fitting since there isn't too much I like. I'm only going to go with one pick
and yes it is bandwagon, bit I believe the right play.
Chicago @ Washington - Chicago -2
Chicago has been on fire lately, with a little rest I don't see them having problems with Washington. The Bulls kept Philly to 38.4 percent shooting not to mention scoring way beyond their average. This really seems like they taken care of business and figured some offense out. With that said teams like these have deceiving statistics. you can't just look at what they've done all season, you've gotta take the changes they've made under perspective. With that said Chicago Bulls are averaging 113.8 points and shooting 49.3 percent in two victories over New York, and wins against Minnesota and Philadelphia in their last four games. I don't see this stooping. Chicago took 3/4 in Washington not to mention also beating the Wizards in Double overtime in a game I think they should've lost. In my opinon Chicago is a lot more on fire and in sync than Toronto, and Toronto took good care of Washington over the weekend. Not to mention that Chicago has a 28-25 ATS while Washington is below the .500 mark. This team is just waiting for the 2010 Sweepstakes and not really focused on winning, they don't have Antwan Jamison nor do they have Butler anymore, so No Salmons no problem. Washington has won two at home and it's time for their home loss. Also If this was a Bulls team that has been on the road for a while I'd be more hesitant, but they rested all day today, and played at home against Philly on Saturday. I don't see there being too much drama.
Chicago is...
14-11 when playing against a team with a losing record
8-2 versus poor defensive teams - allowing 99+ points/game - 2nd half of the season
Washington is...
11-16 at home
1-5 in a home game where where the total is between 195 and 199.5 points
3-8 against Central division opponents
15-22 revenging a loss vs opponent
9-14 when playing against a team with a winning record
