Here's my chance for redemption I guess, I sat out for a while, and did some extensive research. So far posting I am 4-6 ATS College and NBA. I hope to have a much better record this time tomorrow evening,
NBA
Boston @ Denver - Denver -4
Boston is at the end of road trip, one of the oldest teams in the league. I feel like the guys have already felt like they've done a good job on this trip taking care of Portland and the Lakers they'll played laid back and lazy, they must almost expect to take good care of Denver seeing as they dished the nuggets one of the worst beats since Feb 2 1998. None the less the Denver Nuggets have proved that now, fully healthy are able to compete with top tier teams, knocking off Cleveland. I suspect the Nuggets will play inspired, there will be a lot of 3s in this game, and ultimately Denver will walk away with a ten point margin. Don't look at the loss to the Wizards as anything significant, it's what happens when you beat someone your a six point underdog to the night before, not to mention a team with Lebrone James.
San Antonio @ Detroit - San Antonio -5
I really can't say San Antonio has looked good, even though they are on a winning stretch this road trip and they look to extend it in Detroit they look tired, and my thoughts are probably will not be a threat in the west considering the level of competition in the Western Conference. However, the Spurs have talent, and should cover the five points in Detroit. Detroit is just 22-29 ATS this season, and after the all star break when playing winning teams they are 0-4. Not to mention one of the key statistics that guided me picking well with San Antonio is the fact that most of the games they've covered in was when the team was a sub .500 team. Detroit (19-35) is so much below .500 it's even lower than the stock prices in Michigan! Although San Antonio Did not cover against Indiana on Wed, and they are a losing team I think the Pacers have a little more offensive ability. Detroit only averages 91.9 per game while San Antonio averages 100. Expect the spurs to pull away towards the end of the third quarter.
Houston @ New Orleans - New Orleans -2
Houston is a small team that has to run and play quick in order to take control of a game. They did not do this today in a tough shoot out against Indiana today and lost at home. Going to New Orleans and playing the Hornets who took the night off will not help the slump they are in. This line has already moved to two after opening at one. I really expect Collison to have another good game shooting the ball and expect the Rockets to play tired and uninspired basketball. They have no playoff future and lost a tough game to Indiana, leading three quarters and then losing like that has got to be more deflating then getting rejected by your high school prom queen and then finding out she screwed your retarded brother Bilo. Sigh... Houston just seems too small to me.
Sacramento @ Phoenix - Phoenix -11.5
Dude, shut up. I know. this is a lot of chalk... I know more chalk than a sexy school teacher writing an essay about why school teachers should get paid more on the board in front of her high school junior students checking out her round ass... Whatever.. Phoenix has significantly turned it around, and is healthy and playing well at home. Sacramento lost to the Clippers tonight and are playing awfully on this road trip, not to mention playing a back to back while Phoenix are well rested. Blow out alert all day... More chalk than a pool hall... oh balls..
