I usually lean over for Cavs in the first half thats were they score they most. Question is; are the teams in mood for scoring or solid defense and turnovers. Cavs usually don't hit the 100 at home and Orlando will probably not hit over as well. Under if totals is no less then 196 is my thinking, but all-star around the corner so probably pass that, but first half could easily hit 100...
