That line seems surprising low to me, what am I missing?

You know, I thought the same and it was why I did my analysis work on this game first. I know majority of the sharp players like Lyon0804/Lakerboy are probably going to be on the other side and will wait for line movement to hit about 6 before placing but I just had to place the bet down now as my model has utah winning by 12.3 points factoring current form. In addition, the stats against LA Clippers such as follows:

LA Clippers are 0-5 SU in their last 5 games when playing Utah
LA Clippers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games when playing Utah
Utah is 6-1-1 ATS in its last 8 games
Utah is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games
Utah is 5-0-1 ATS in its last 6 games on the road

Of course, I cant factor in New Coach apparently allowing Baron Davis to run point/plays however this to me only affects the O/U which I have the line close to 202. Anycase, I have to play the numbers as I took shots in the dark for last two plays based on my formulated opinion. Hopefully ill be on the upside.
