Yes, It is when a line looks to good to be true. When you see the public pounding one team, say like the Suns tonight, and the line is moving in favor of Suns bettors this is usually considered to be a trap. Or when you see those crazy trends like 10 straight unders and the O/U is set higher than ever, this is also a trap.

here is a good rule of thumb for sports gambling:

if a game looks "easy" at first glance, go the other way.....

There is no such thing as easy money in sports wagering or any thing else in life for that matter.

Its been proven that your first instinct is correct, most of the time.
So many times I've done too much research on a team and changed my mind, lost the wager.

There has to be atleast one line that feels better than the others. The suns is a no brainer, amare is in beastmode, trying to prove he's worth a new massive contract. Suns win by 9, channing frye X factor, book it.

Or is that what they want you to think? It's too easy so you'll bet SAC and lose all your money?

Also known as the "Mob Special." Pitt @ West Virginia was an example from the other night. Pitt was getting 10.5 which everyone thought was a huge number and jumped all over it...long story short WV blows them out

It is an overrated term like a game being rigged. 2 of the most over hyped things people say when gambling.
