Please, the problem doesn't lie on Doc Rivers, it's more like the players on his team ( accept Rondo ). Age has definitely taken its toll on K.G., Allen, Wallace, and Pierce. You may want to reconsider your original statement about Rivers. He's perhaps the Sole Reason Boston has made the post season in the last few years.
