Bodog is giving a free 10 dollar NBA play if you lay down at least 20 on this game. This game is a total coin flip and it looks as though the books are wanting you to take the Lakers early, but we'll see what happens throughout the day.

Maybe I'm just the public, but the Lakers ARE hot.. Boston IS not. Boston HAS had an incredibly tough schedule for the weekend, the Lakers played once on friday and once on Wednesday to two terrible teams. "Kobe is injured" doesn't fly with me. Kobe has been injured ALL season and he still puts up points, and the Lakers are still number 1(ish). The question with injuries on the Lakers is whether or not he's injured, will Kobe play (yes)? and is Pau Gasol in (I assume so but don't know for sure). Boston is good, L.A. is rested

Take a weary Boston team over rested and ready L.A. team today, and don't forget that Boston, too, is excellent

I don't know what y'all are talking bout but this game is pretty simple. Celtics 3rd game in 4 days versus top notch opponents. Lakers are still the favorites and come in after mollywhooping some crappy teams. Lakers are the smart play here. 2 units on it for me

As a Lakers fan, I can't play this game. But I like the Lakers in this one, bias or not. As long as Phil doesn't let them get bullied out of their game, they'll just be too damn fast for them. Boston will need a BIG game from Rondo, Pierce, and Allen to win. I haven't really seen that combo stand out in a while to scare me.

Liking the under from afar, and it's very well possible Boston only loses by 1 to cover. But I wouldn't be scared to take the Lakers -1.
