Overs/Unders,HELP

Hi Everyone. Anyone have any good leans of the o/u's tonight. The line is moving up on the Atl/Magic game for the over. Does anyone know whether its a good idea to bet in the direction the line is moving. Like it went from 192.5 to 195 in this case I assume the public is betting over. So what is the beast way to go or figure it. Thx Gys Zubi

The game was played yesterday with a final score of 104-86 meaning it was an under.
