Don Logan is a master at picking the winner in these types of mathups. Suns +7 is risky for me imo especially the way the Suns play on the road and play defense as of late. They will need to bring their A game tonite to stay within the posted number. I haven't bet this game as of now, but have been leaning Jazz. This number is well within the Jazz's reach of they put forth some effort tonite. I was thinking something like...

Couldn't agree less with your choice, imo, 2 teams headed long and short term in completely opposite directions, 1 well coached, 1 coach with little clue, add in the Jazz being much fresher + day off tomorrow, they should hold nothing back, Suns don't have much to give on arrival, barring a 60 % shooting night, can't imagine this beeing within 10.

Quag, since neither team played last night, you could point that out, and say they will both be rested. or how about this, if they both did play yesterday they could be tired - play around with the scenarios, switch them up....

they are human, the Jazz are fresher (recent schedule) & don't have a game to play tomorrow, the Suns are tired (recent schedule) and do have a game tomorrow, also travel in between, if you know there is a tough road ahead, don't you pace yourself ?

the coaches pace the players, they should be benching guys accordingly. I really dont think these guys shut down their play during a game because they have to play tomorrow. if players weren't playing as hard as they could because they have to play the next day, that is called tanking, or dogging. If this actually happened, it's up to the coaches to sit the guy, and the team/league to discipline.

I don't watch all the games but the Bulls have been killing it with red-hot shooting last couple of games, including the win in Phoenix. I don't think Suns defense is that bad on a points/possession basis, it just looks much worse when they play 100 possessions/game & opponents are sinking jumpers at 60%+ rates.

The Jazz look like they're on the flip side of that coin right now, shooting red-hot at San Antonio then ripping the lolBucks & lolNets a new one.
