Good idea lamdanh, after a horrid night like you had last night, chill out a little bit is the best. Wait for a right moment, rather than chasing.
In honesty, there's no value in either games on TV tonight.
I think there are a lot of better games tomorrow for you to choose.

One note, I don't know how good and consistent you do at the half, but the other day you mentioned you don't need system/criteria to select a play for 2H, to me it is tough.
For me, I have a few criteria that I keep track, and if the margin score at half and spread matched the criteria, then I play. I don't play random every game.

Today I only play 3 small plays, because in the last 4-5 weeks on the road, I normally make out pretty good in the first couple days of the week, then keep playing...playing, and at the end of the week, I gave all back plus more.
Last two weeks, I reached $2000 mark in the first 3 days of the week, but at the end I pay my local more than $1000 each week. I leaned my lesson man. The more I plays, the better odd for my books.
I only have Louisville pk (booked early in morning, right now -1.5), Arkansas and Ottawa in NHL. I might add Islander, and Hawaii.

I agree with you Darkenergy , I think you should always make a realistic goal and when you hit it for that week , just chill til the next week or wait a couple days.

I hit $3200 in 4 days and took 2 days off but made notes of picks that I would have wanted to play and if I played, I would have lost big time !

I try to discipline myself to only play $100 bets but sometimes when I go on tilt , I will throw $500 - $1000 on a bet .

I know its hard but I try to make a goal to try to win $2k a week ( 7 days )
