The line movement is funny dropping down from 217.5 to 216 with most of the public on the over. I think the under is the correct play here but its hard to play the under with Phoenix and where both teams have very good offense. Tough call really on the total. I think playing on Phoenix would be a good play because they do well against Atlanta as history shows and after losing to Indiana giving up the lead in the second half, I think they look to bounce back.
