Oh, the game had started and adjusted for Lakers big start. Got Cavs -3 (3x) and Cavs -1 (2x). Missed getting it on even money line.

I have a new strategy. I have had this opinion for quite a while now but have been paying much closer attention to it lately. Bet on any team with a key player injured. The oddsmakers and the public both overeact to injuries. Example:

Lakers were +6 the other night with Kobe injured (but still playing) at Dallas and won straight up
Spurs were +4 at OKC without Duncan and won straight up
Portland is +5.5 tonight without Roy at home against Magic and are killing them

I'm sure there are many more examples that I cannot think of right now.

Mo Williams isn't their best player but i think it fits here tonight. It doesn't work quite as well tonight because its against the Lakers and they are popular public pick to begin with but i still like it.

this is actually what i predicted and what you actually want to see.. if the CLE is leading the 1st half that will actually make me scare of this bet...Lakers leading alittle in the 1st half so massive public will continue to bet on Lakers 2nd half just to have Cle to come back and cover in the 2nd half and total..

I believe the Lakers will lead 5-7 points at the end of first half, with 3rd quarter blowout handed to Lakers by CLE
