marathon not a sprint LB bound to have a bad night sometimes,not sure why some of these retards only post negative things only on days when you have a bad night probably because they lose all the time and are jealous of you and have to say these things to make themselves feel better,keep doing what you do best and that's make us money,i did notice you bet more units today than normal is that because you're on a hot streak and didn't think you could lose you should know better than that

i want to apologize to everyone for not being here for u guys tonight...we win together, we lose together...it is now 930pm PST and finally my computer is fixed...went down earlier today after i got home and have been talking to ATT for a couple hours trying to fix it and to top it off my droid died on me...just got done reading everything on the thread and sorry i wasnt around to bleed with u guys on these tough losses..the good thing for me is i went big on the heat and not so big on the other ones so i only lost 5 units...still up 18 units on the week...also glad to here that "dad" aint goin anywhere...we need u dad..lol...couldnt agree with flopa3 more...we are like a family on here and its a pretty cool thing we got goin here...lets get back that high we were on yesterday and hit it hard tomorrow

My point is, as a reader of this thread from afar it seems that any night you lose you go through a teenage fit where you talk about how bad you are and threaten to quit, but never actually leave. The whole thing seems like ahuge attention grab. Just make your picks and be fine win or lose, act like you've been there before.

Also, I feel like your recent popularity has affected your capping as your units have seemed inflated as of late.

Appreciate your insight. Tonight was the first time i got really upset big time cause i lost on sharp plays. My units have nothing to do with who likes me or not- i have always been that type of bettor. Thanks for your feedback. Good luck to you as well.

I have no doubt you will get right back on track LB... you stay confident like you always are and we will be too. It's all about keeping that winning atmosphere - That's what separates this thread from others (besides the insane amount of posts/views). Lakerboy doesn't tolerate losing and neither do the rest of us.

Anyways, as for tomorrow... personally, I like the kings-thunder over. It's at/around 202-203 right now. We've got all of tomorrow to think about these games though. I'm sure LB will pick out some winners for us all.

Quite a bit of what you said is true I reckon. However, I gotta doubt your comments about attention grabbing. Whenever anyone has a losing night it's going to produce a negative reaction. How we get those negatives out of us is where we all differ. If LB can come on a computer and write his shit to get it out then that's fawkin awesome. I get all grumpy and usually have a few more brews and I'm not my usual happy self when I've had a really bad day. It's the people who throw shit, break shit, beat their wives, drink to stupidity etc. etc. that is too be concerned over.

Coming on the forums and venting some steam is a healthy way to get the bad shit outta ya.

Another point is that if he was here merely for the bragging rights (which 99% of people wouldn't care about as long as he was making them money, and being up near 150 units is making people money) he would be gloating much more then saying, "nice night tonight boys, let's do it all again tomorrow!!" and comments like that.

Now, LB being up 150 units and typically betting 2, 3 or 4 units a game is quite average. Him making the odd "Big" play or 5/6 unit plays tonight isn't anything too out of the ordinary. He has made money from the big plays and it's a good play to raise your limit when you're confident.

Final point, it's LB's thread, what he says and does in here is his own business. No one is forced to read or reply. We do so because we choose.

How many straight big bets had he won? I don't remember him losing any above 5x since the CHA/NO under game. So he has one bad night and now you scold him for "inflating his units"? Were you complaining when his big plays were hitting like clockwork?

I dont think hes complaining or scolding him with the big unit comment. That just seemed more of an observation of human nature. The more attention we get the bigger we usually make the show and all that. Not saying thats what LB is doing as I dont pay attention to how many units he actually puts in, just go by the logic "more units=bigger play"
