I'm by no means a Laker fan (actually, have hated them for years ever since they knocked off the Sixers in '01), but I'm not counting them out. It's easy to get down on them now, but I still like their chances with a healthy Kobe. The smart thing to do is to give the guy some rest. Come playoff time, I believe they'll get back to the point where they're the team to beat.

I'm glad they lo$t to Denver today though! +8.5, hell yea!

Not really.. Billups was killing it, but JR Smith was huge and actually shot at an even higher %. This Nuggets team has weapons, period.

The worst thing about this laker loss is they are going to beat the blazers saturday night but i have no balls to bet it.

Maybe not the Lakers as a whole, but Kobe has it. Especially on the road, this guy likes to shut people up. He looked pissed off as a MF and I expect him to be looking for blood. A Roy-less Blazer team just can't keep up. I'm with Lakerboy, and going with the Lakers.
