Been observing the Rockets for a while and in their last 10 games they are 1-9 ats to cover the spread. Adelman thinks his team is doing much better than expected but the truth is they dont have a closer/go to guy. They still cannot run and gun against other run and gun teams like Denver, Phoenix or Bobcats. They tend to have early lead, run up the score early in 1st/2nd quarter then go downhill from there. They almost always lose the lead later in the game and have trouble closing out games. Also, they always have to do things the hard way, meaning its not easy for them to cover spreads, especially when they r the favorite. In their last 10 games, the game they covered was when they a 6 points dog at SA. IMO, they do better on the road then at home for the most part so be careful betting them next time.

All I saw on my gamecast is that OKC stole it with like 13 seconds left and I think they just ran out the clock making the score 112 to 104 not covering the -8 1/2 that I got.

It happens. Luckily the 1/2 point worked for me in the Boston game and my wager was twice as much on that one. Plus the OKC was a 10 dollar risk free that will be back in my account tomorrow anyways. Would've been nice to have doubled it though.

Hey LB, have you taken into consideration starting your own twitter where you can post plays as an addition to the forum? This thread is very popular and some of the plays get lost in the muddle of conversation. Just a suggestion, MexiStallion has been doing it and I find it very convenient. He also has about 80 followers, that's a lot. I'm sure you have just as much, if not more as well

No i wont do that. Mex stallion is a better capper than me period. Im here for fun. MEx is the man and it makes sense for him to do that cause he posts winners, im only a 56% capper not enought for you to make $$ of my picks. I will never do that tweety stuff.

I only lost in the clipper's bet, cashed the Orlando/Detroit under, also when you mentioned that the New Jersey Nets have covered 6 times, i took them and they covered, cashed that also, i didn't have time to bet on boston, also cashed the Spurs under early yesterday so it was a great day for me

i feel you on that one. missed a 10 team 5point teaser because toronto decides to shoot a 3 in the last few seconds, so pacers didnt cover with +13 point spread

What should i do now- i had a losing day yesterday should i refrain from posting picks today in case i have another losing day or should i do a 10x on one game and get called out for money mgt problems and come out with a losing record but profit- all this stuff has me confused like i have some standard to live up to.

Sundays are bad days for LB and Picks of more then 7 is his kryptonite for some reason.
But the board looks favourable in my opinion as lines by Vegas are set accordingly.
My model has Boston winning by 11 (yes i know, sounds crazy) and Phoenix to win by 7 at NOH which is why im stating the board favourable.

Anycase, BOL to everyone. Will be definitely keeping an eye out for LB's picks.

Im not one to believe in lucky days or whatever but his track rec on Monday's is impressive. Maybe he eats wheaty's in the morning, have no friggin idea but im care to wager side on PTS he will be +U on today's games. Regardless of outcome... ill back the numbers vs your opinion. 100 PTS?

for tracking purposes, Monday January 25th, 2010 he was 4-1 +9U and had biggest call play with UTAH at -7 for 4 U. Board was tight that day with games of CLE / MIA and UTA/PHX. His only let down these days is games vs HOU which he has been caught out with a 0-3 in past week when betting on HOU to win (HOU has cost him a total of -9U).

Numbers vs your Opinion, lets wager. NOTE: im less then 50% on my numbers but I hedge correctly. See my spreadsheet of games called and TENNIS is my go-to-sport being an Australian.
