Matchbook is an exchange, where they charge commission. So I put 15k for Laker O193 -110... in order for a bet to happen someone have to take Laker U193 +110. So out of my 15k only 3k got matched. So that 3k is action the 12k remains unbetted.

Now since I put up the line I get .2 percent commission, so regardless who wins matchbook will pay me 6 dollars, while they will take $30 for the people who took my line, because they charge 1% commission on anyone taking bets.
