heres my take on the line of -3 ....... the sportsbooks know that lakers are a publicly taken team. So if they make them a small underdog they know thepublic will take them. Hasn't happened which would mean the line would adjust so that it makes it spurs -2 or -1. Hasn't happened. Spurs take this game by double digits!

The books are giving you a chance to put all your money on the lakers, why?
1. If they win tonight, you will lose tom on your bets..
2. They know the teams and its not the win they after, its your money..

If the spurs win tonight, maybe just maybe, the lakers will just reserve everything tom.. It will be a great game..

Lakers is the best team but not all the time they can give their best, phil jackson knows it and he is anticipating it as well..

Books - money now or more money tom.. This is a good mind set..

NO I was wrong. Good for Spurs to build their confidence but they have to ask themselves some questions. They shot lights out and the Lakers were within 6 in the dying minutes without Gasol and Kobe not playing in the fourth. Spurs are a very good team and certainly better than last year but i dont think they are better than Denver, Dallas or Lakers.

brakon the nuggets went to the conference finals last year. they are the second best team in the west until proven otherwise in the playoffs. they have the best pure scorer in the nba in anthony. also they have one of the biggest homecourt advantages in the nba. lets see what happens.im not buying the spurs yet they are too old

I agree on every point made here. Also, keep in mind that the Nuggets record is not truly indicative of how good they are as they have had several injuries and suspensions to deal with early on. The Spurs are still a semi-mess.

The Lakers have been playing fairly poorly lately, were without Gasol, and were on the road. Keep in mind that the Lakers have played one of the easiest schedules of any NBA team so far this year. Gasol is a huge piece of the Lakers and without him they struggle as Kobe goes back to all his old habits. This line was dead on.

Umm.....im pretty sure i wrote at the end of my post that Spurs take this game by double digits. why are 2 posters saying who did i take on the game?? and williams22, why are you commenting on the result of the game as if you haven't seen the ending score of 85-105 ??? spurs dominated this game before it reached 1 minute into the game! lakers had no chance what so ever tonight.

the line wasn't dead on!!! if it was dead on i would have layed off of it!! i bet on spurs to win the game because I felt they would win huge...and i know u r going to ask than why risk 1.5:1 odds when u think they r going to blow them out and risk less on 1.1:1 odds on the -3 spread....well because I dont care about the risk when I know they are going to win!

williams22, honestly I am so sick of you commenting on my posts and saying how wrong or how wierd my posts are and putting your comments on my posts when it doesn't need the same OPINION OF NO GASOL OR HAVING AN EASY SCHEDULE!!
