I may agree with this....They match up against each other fairly well.

Well, main reason is Spurs are already looking ahead to Lakers on Tuesday. I think Nets cover vs. sleepwalking Spurs, but outright win seems like stretch. Not that I would mind.

i saw a very interesting statistic about nets +14.
Nets have played this season so far 36 games (3-33). Out of this 36 they lost(or managed to win(3)) 24 games with a mirgin of 14 and less and only 12 times lost by more than 14.
It seems that statistically speaking taking the +14 for Nets gives you an 66% chance of winning your play

22-20 after 1st Q for nets, with that 'lucky' Mason 2 pointers it would have been 22-18
Still, not a bad start for Nets

It won.
Didn't look good, though. After the Nets played a good first quarter, the Spurs destroyed them in the second and third and Nets bettors were somewhat fortunate it wound up within the spread.
I was on Nets +14.5.
It was a 15 point game with 4 minutes left, so it was hanging right around the spread in the fourth quarter.

Can you ever post something without negativity. How did the spurs destroy them in the second quarter. It was 29-25 spurs in the second quarter jeez guy just say congrats and move on . Obviously it was going to be close to the spread.

Is your first sentence a statement or a question?
I was just saying it was very close. What I was trying to say was that after the Nets played well in the first, the Spurs pulled away.
