New Jersey vs. Atlanta
Atlanta enters tonight on a 4-game losing streak, and they hit rock-bottom in their latest loss to the Heat. The Hawks lost that game 92-75 as their offense was just dreadful; they shot 35.2% (25-71) from the field and a dismal 21.4% (3-14) from three-point land. Those numbers are way off Atlanta’s seasonal averages of 104 points per game, 47% from the field, and 35.5% from three-point land.
The Nets will have no problem getting up and down the court with the Hawks tonight. New Jersey finally has all of their guys back from injury, and their offense will be much more productive now as they’ve had about three games to gel with each other. The last meeting between these two was a shootout; the Hawks won 130-107 with a ton of easy buckets coming in the paint (98 points total). With Atlanta off the bad offensive performance and New Jersey playing with a complete team, i'm hoping for another high-scoring game between these two................
