I think tomorrow is my last day with this thread if I lose. I have no feel for NBA anymore. Every play is losing. Lost like 5 straight in the Best Bet Thread. Down 10.5 units my last two bets. Tomorrow is basically the all in play (Not literally just the do or die pick). If it fails I will just take an extended break and see what happens. Will probably end up looking into baseball though. If it wins then I will see what else I have.

Mex you got beat by late money bro. I was thinking Memphis all day but when i saw what happened at the end with the lines i quickly changed allegiances. It happens bro- dont worry about it. NBA is tough to beat trust me i have had these days lots of times. Keep your head up - your still well above water.

Yeah true, but a loss regardless. That is how it works. Tomorrow is the day though to see if I stick around or not. If not then no worries, because it has been a winning season. Glad you will be able to share winners to everyone. You have had an outstanding season.

Memphis was disappointing after a great first half. I knew it was a loser though before it started. Line dropped right before the game.

I am up in units, but now I don't think I have much of a feel with NBA anymore with all the losing overall I have been doing.

It's a different game after the all star break with the playoffs looming. For example, home dogs and betting against the public were profitable plays before the break, now their losers. Here's something you might want to take a look at. Playoff teams on the road against teams with no hope of making the playoffs. Basically, just bet on teams that need to win vs. teams that don't. Home court is usually not much of a factor here since the home teams season is pretty much over and being on the road helps keep the spread down for the team that needs to win the game.

it was true bro that thiss was happening but i noticed that a few ays ago the vegas started shading the lines 2-3 points against the road favs,to counteract people betting this way, so if the actual line was -2, they would bump it to -4
or even -5

Sadly I have been very busy in the past week, so little time for posting here. I played Lakers tonight for a decent amount courtesy of Lakerboy. Helps the confidence boost a bit, but I still need to pick a winner. Tomorrow I should have my do or die play. Best of luck to everyone else.

No. Since SBR closed my book I just shipped all my points to the SBR Book. May as well have them available for any bets I want in the future. I have to keep 400 points out here though, because I am holding points for a contest.

They did not close my book necessarily. With the tax on 100 points per transaction I lost 50 points on the day the tax was added. If I keep that up a month then I could lose around 1500 points. There would be no profit then if I did have a good month.
