I check my book when the lines come up, come back 2-3 minutes I already see lines jumping up or down a point or two or even 1 and a half points.

It happens. I find it's often much more useful to wait and watch the lines when the limits come off in the morning. I'm on the West Coast, so that's 7am. The Pinnacle dynamic lines light up like a christmas tree and you get to see where the big money is going.

Why do you look at Pinnacle lines since you cant bet there?

I can and do bet there. I'm Canadian.

They're a high limit site, so line movement there in the few minutes after the limits are removed is much more likely to represent actual heavy sharp action.
