Billups looks like he's out for nuggets. Think there is bigdroff at point for Nugs. Ty Lawson has had his moments, but Paul should be able to dominate tonight againt Lawson and Anthony Carter.

Public is pounding Denver. From looking at the matchup report at thespread.com Denver should be a 6 point favorite. Maybe that's factoring in Billups playing but even without Billups I would think the line would have been opened at Denver -3 but instead the line opened at pickem. It's almost as if they are begging you to take Denver which make me nervous. Logic says take Denver but gut says take New Orleans.

Be careful, Ty Lawson can get up the court faster than any other PG in the league, maybe except aaron brooks. I agree though if Paul and Carter are on the same floor Denver will get burned. I really dont think Chris Paul is all hes cracked up to be, dont get me wrong top 5 PG but when people say he is the best in the league its humorous. I can think of 3 Guards off the top of my head I would rather have, one being Deron Williams who beat C Paul head to head in the skills competition.

Well, now I think of it I would rate Williams and Paul equally, both have individual strengths the other doesnt have. I think we can all agree that RIGHT NOW Steve Nash is by faar the best PG in the league, guy is having an MVP season.

I like New Orleans here. Denver embarrassed them at home last year, when they destroyed with a 58 point win in the playoffs. New Orleans will treat this game like a playoff game, while Denver will try to casually coast thru this game with their talent. Without Billups, the Nuggets seems to be a very undisciplined bunch.
