Dallas and Sacramento both seem like pretty good picks

Gambling requires money you can accept losing, so if you're actually a broke student, make sure you stay within your limits... It's supposed to be fun after all.

The best suggestion is to read a lot on this board and be comfortbale with a few things before you bet any money.

      - The betting public and their effect on line movement
      - Money management (you'll have ups and downs and betting too much means losing your bankroll)
      - Staying objective (betting on your favourite team because you want them to win is a losing proposition)
      - Not all stats are equally useful, and some can be very misleading.
      - You (and everyone else) will lose at least 45% of the bets you place. This is a fact of life, and not open to interpretation. Only the best of the best can hit 55% or better over the long term.
      - Learn the difference between the guys on here that post their locks/can't miss/etc plays and the ones that are actually good at identifying value in plays. Never blindly tail anyone.

If you're good with all of those things, you'll stand a chance at winning. Good luck with the Hawks tonight.
