there are several good sites for this sportsinsights, vegasinsider, i think the SBR page shows it as well but its not from as many books as sportsinsight uses. pregame.com is good as well. hope this helps

In my mind thats percentage of bettors, so its not really giving you distinct money movement that youre looking for, that information will never be let out.
