Just got up to speed with last nites late post and today and many present good arguments for both sides. That's what's great about this series. In the end none of us really know. Will LA win tonite? Will Boston win tonite? Think about it like this.. If this was a regular season matchup with all the known factors played at a perceived high level like tonite than most would pass on this game if there was a full card to select from. At this point I really do not want to bet against any team, but for this game I side with Boston. I realize that I am in the minority and it goes against "trends". Also, when it come down to "talent" LA is simply better imo. It's hard to bet against the 2 best players on the floor and the best 6th man in the game imo.

I think the total wont move much. If you like the under the value has eroded but it could still hit.

Saw this in another area of the world.......UNDER 188

Lowest total set so far in the series. I think for LA to win they need to slow things down to allow the bigs to dominate the paint and they also don't want Boston running with Bynum having to run and they don't want Bynum running for transition defense if they allow a faster game. Boston will tighten up their defense in this crucial must win game. Could be a another scrappy one gents.

Why would I back Boston at home and not on the road? They're arguably a better road team than home team -- in fact, I'd say they have a better chance of winning Game 6 than Game 5.

they have been a solid home team at home IN THE PLAYOFFS which is all that matters. this is their FINAL home game - i wouldn't go fading them on home regular season record tonight as a reason.

You know Snowball this is what makes me laugh, everybody is still judging them off of regular season play and it is obvious at the least that they're 100% better now in post season.................

Boston has so many NBA titles they are just passing time until post season and then their gloves come off and on goes the brass knuckles...............

Both teams have significant advantages over each other, and will bludgeon the opponent if executed correctly.

Home team/crowd means next to nothing in this game IMHO. If the Lakers employ the better strategy and use their distinct advantages the way they can, they will win. Same goes for the Celtics. The rest of the series will be decided by that, not Ben Affleck cheering on the C's or Jack rooting for the Lakers.
