I agree with everyone that it's gonna be another hotly contested affair that will prob go down to the wire. That's why I don't love giving 3.5, but I still lean towards it.

As for Pierce, I can't point to anything specifically (though I do think Doc will find a way to get him away from Artest), he just usually shows up big after two straight laying-low games. The quick turnaround affected him as well the other night. He knows what's at stake (if C's lose, it's over, everyone knows that), and w/out question, he is the biggest clutch performer on this team.

Plus, it's his turn! The C's leading scorer has not been the same guy in two straight games the entire playoffs!!!! We had Ray's big day, then KG's big day -- now it's The Truth's turn!

Lakers win tonight. Ron will have a better shooting night. Odom will be solid, since he'll have more minutes (bynum may not play tonight. Or less minutes). Kobe will take better shot selections. Gasol will be taking more shots tonight as well.

I don't expect garnett to have a strong night like game 3. There hasn't really been anyone who has had 2 great games back to back. So I don't really expect too much from garnett.

I have made no play on this game yet but NO WAY will i take Boston tonight. If i dont like what i see i will pass on the game and wait for Halftime. Its not wise going against the Lakers when they get points.
