Tonight's NBA feels like a no-play to me. I mean my homer tendencies make me lean C's +7.5, but honestly, this series has been very hard to predict. I did love the C's ML in the last one, but now that we're up to Game 5 in Cleve, it's just so tough to figure.
A) We don't know how the Cavs are going to handle Rondo.
B) We don't know if/when Pierce will be Pierce.
C) We don't know on any given day which bench players for either team will be studs/duds. I mean Wallace? T. Allen? You could get anything from 18/6/3/2 steals/blocks to 0/1/0/3 TO's.

This series isn't about what the Celtics roll players do or don't do, its about how bad James wants it. Say what you will about how he's hurt or hasn't won any rings, or whatever but the guy is a freak and when he is mentally determined to win a game (like game 3) he gets the ball in the basket. Flopa3 - Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I also dislocated my left shoulder. The doc told me it would be at about 90% before the injury if I did all the rehab. Needless to say it never was at 90%. I did 6 months of intensive rehab, plus another six of weight lifting. I dislocated it again and several times after that. It will never be the same. I have two useless screws in my shoulder, and like an old man, I sometimes get pain in it when the weather changes. My advice would be to avoid cutting unless it is absolute necessary. Just me 2 cents. Good luck on whatever you decide. so i guess i haven't been around long enough to witness paco's "strip club" plays, but the only way boston is anywhere within 7 points is on a backdoor cover. cavs are at home, lebron doesn't like anyone stealing the limelight unless they're named d-wade, rondo gets shut down tonight. pierce will finally go off for 20+ as jamario moon gets lit up while lebron checks rondo, but this game will be over by the 2:00 mark in the third quarter. going big on cavs -7.5.Comment -

yes he does pick a lot of favorites, that is what works for him, but that isnt all he plays. he does pick a significant amount of games that are close to even money, as well as some big underdogs that have cashed this year

i like boston to cover as well, i just see pierce having a game if lebron is on rondo the whole time because anthony parker straight up blows except for the occasional three he rains in, but his D is suspect at best.

Right just like the lakers are no different when Kobe is in the zone, and the bulls were never any better when MJ played well. good point. Its not about being on his nuts I hate the cavs to be honest, but you are naive if you think a guy who averaged a near triple-double every game doesn't make his team better when he has a big game. Cleveland is a bunch of role players built around LJ, and they feed off him playing well.
