I think it's going to be more like a typical PHX game. Fast paced 1Q/1H (110 pts), followed by a more moderately paced 2H. Portland contained the Suns to ~42% shooting in game 1, and I wouldn't expect that to happen again today.

If the juice on the Under had been preceded by early heavy action on the Under when the line was released, I would have been less confident in the Over. There wasn't really a significant amount of early action on the game, and a move of 1 point down right before tip corresponds to the money coming in on the Blazers, going against the public action on the Suns. I just don't think that there's much opinion in the lines for this game, so I'm not that concerned about the line movement affecting my play.
