okc has been good all year not only the last 2 weeks. denver has major issues and cant win without karl and kmart- they are soft in the interior. melo is great and chauncey is great but chauncey did all of that except last year with detroit who had some very good teams. I know you from detroit and love billups but last year was a momentum ride. okc is way better than atl 2 years ago and the current atl team. they wont play utah in first rd and spurs are the only team that has a winning record over okc that okc might play in the first rd. dont underestimate a team with a mvp type player- its the nba and they like tv ratings. you are very mistaken if you think all is well in mile high


also denver hasnt done anything in playoffs except a little momentum ride last year.

Na, bro. I'm pretty sure Billups has been 7 straight times. Cuz he got traded to Den last year (08-09 season) and he got traded at the beginning of the year. He took Den to conference finals his first year. Before last year, Detroit was in the conference finals 6 straight years. Then he bounced last year, and they lost in the first round.

Agree with the interior defense. It's been weak. But that will change. I'm telling you, talent isn't always the best thing to have on a team. Denver is full of WINNERS. Durant will get his come playoff time because he's a massive mismatch for most teams. But be realistic. Who else is going to step up? Kristic? Collison? Harden? Maybe westbrook and that's it. None of these other guys even know what's going to hit them when teams start to get real aggressive and turn up the defense.

BTW, OKC is not better than ATL right now. We all know that 1 MVP player can't carry a team. Wade has failed to the past few years. Kobe had failed a few years. ATL has playoff experience, a top 10-12 player in the world, veterans, and a dominant center. It's not about having one player. If you can't throw the ball into the post come playoff time, you're not going to have a chance. And Kristic or Collison are going to be outmatched.

Again, I'll say, I guarantee Denver will not lose first round.

1. OKC is no where near as good as ATL. We can agree to disagree here.
2. Loss to Boston first round, win first round next year, loss to cavs second round = experience. Bring Jamal Crawford into the same squad as last year who went to then 2nd round = a much better team.
OKC= no experience. They are a bunch of newbies.
3. Joe Johnson is a top 12 player in the world. Averaging like 22 5 and 5 or something. And is carrying atl. Him and Brandon Roy are right in that discussion for top 12 in the world, maybe top 15 at the least.
4. Horford not a dominant center, but he's still a top 6 center in this league, and also deservingly an Al Star. He can get it done on both ends of the floor and has proven that he can match up with most big men.

I think everyone is going to jump on Milw. tmrw at +6.5. No Bogut= more difficult pick n roll for Jennings. But I think Kurt Thomas can fill in fine, and Salmons should be exciting about playing back in Chitown. I don't see the bulls smacking the Bucks, even though they're much better know that they have their 2nd best player back
