we will hit just enough...we are built on pitching, speed and defense this year...they will hit enough...dont need to win 7-6 every game...there will be a lot of 2-1, 3-2, 4-1 type games...the a's have the best bullpen in baseball and with the young gun starters getting some major work last year i am confident...we shall see

MT is a baseball fan i see. The west is owned by the angels and i know they lost some pieces but they will still be the team to beat. Its a very competitive divsion.

I've read great things about Borbon, but it sounds like Sniffulufugus is dedicated to playing Andruw -- er, Vlad -- almost full time, which is going to cost their better OFs and DHs at-bats.

i'm hoping they let Borbon leadoff as an everyday player and get 'popup king' Kinsler the hell out of that spot and down the order where he belongs. Vlade will be DH and the other washup you mentioned hopefully never gets off the pine unless we need a late inning injury replacement.
