I'm not seeing it reported anywhere that Josh Smith is out. Joe Smith hurt his thumb and may be out, but I'm not seeing anything on Josh.

My gov't run outfit has ATL -3.5 @ TOR and DAL @ MIA -1.5.

I know it aint the Vegas lines your looking for, but its a start.

Looks like Vegas has ATL -4.5 and MIA -1
