Wont bet this game cause 2 shitty teams involved. Can someone tell me why New Orleans are 10.5 pt favorites against anyone.

No clue, avoiding this game myself. If it was literally anyone other than Minnesota even NJ I might take the dog with those points. New Orleans has shown they are at least capable of beating quality teams without CP3 but the assumption that they will blow out even a team as bad as Minny is a bit suspect. Avoid

        could be bcoz of this...

besides the fact that they've beasted the last 3 home games against quality opponents: MIL 102-99, ATL 96-88, PHO 110-103 (6-2 overall) and now they catch a 2-16 minny who won on their home opener against the nets and that fluke of a road game win against denver. Peja is back also!

We'll see if he plays. Their next game is not till Tuesday so I think they may opt for that few days of extra rest and full practice.

also, this might sound odd.. but there's also this thing i call 'the lakers effect' ~ any mediocre team who lost on their last game against the lakeshow tend to show up and win/cover on their next game! key word here is mediocre! so dont even think that's NJ or NY teams LOL!

im actually hoping cp3 doesnt play and the line goes down for the hornets. i really think that the hornets are in good spot to win 15+ pts here against this lowly minnys!

                    this just in...

                    Dec. 4 - 12:57 pm et

Peja Stojakovic will return to the Hornets lineup Friday night when the Hornets face the Timberwolves.
Stojakovic had missed the previous two games due to an illness in the family. The return of Stojakovic should send James Posey back to the bench.

Peja is not a big factor... he's inconsistent but...

"Chris Paul (ankle) will be a game time decision for Friday night's match up against the Timberwolves."
