This should easily go Under for these reasons:

1) Slow pace of play
2) 2H will go Under
3) It won't go to OT
4) The last meeting only yielded 164 points and one expects no more than 20 points above the total of the previous game
5) The Bulls have been an Under machine as the Under is now 9-3 in their L12 games.

The total of 195 is right based on a longterm average of past meetings.

In the L5 road games, the Bulls have averaged 91.4 points, while at the Bucks have averaged 102.6 in their L5 home games. The Bucks' average is deceptive as it includes an OT against Dallas and a 129-point score against the defenseless Warriors. So if you make adjustments for that, then 102.6-point average falls to somewhere around 90.

The books dont give either team a real edge, so I dont know how we could find one either.

The only real fact that is relevant in this game, is Bogut being OUT. Look at their record without him.

Phillies/Mavs 2H is very likely to stay Under as it'll be largely a one-sided affair. The Phillies won't compete as they know they have no chance of winning.

TBH, the Phillies surprised me today. At the end of the last year, I was looking forward to seeing the Phillies and OKC do so well this year. But the Phillies have largely been out of sorts, being blown out here and there. Anyways, Dallas sometimes find a way to not do well at home.
