Tired legs will lead to slow pace. 1Q should safely go Under leading to a 1H Under.

Exactly what I was going to say. Both teams will come out looking to establish dominance early on, so I would think that the scoring will be higher in the first half and slow down as the game progresses. I feel like the Under for the game is a much stronger play than the Under 1H.

worst game of stop start basketball I've seen in a long time. No two teams can commit that many fouls in 3/4 of a game of ball. Umps like that give the game a bad name.
