Odds the Lakers will not make playoffs
Currently the Lakers are in the sixth spot and will most likely play the Jazz in the 1st round. After losing their 7th straight game, it looks like the Lakers will fall to the seventh or eighth spot. I can't imagaine them not making the playoffs. What do you think?

I cant see this missing the playoffs either. Now that Odom and Walton are back things should begin to pick up for them.

      minn might sneak in

      denver in 6th spot
LA 7th spot followed by G ST 8th.

LA needs to make changes they have not been just losing they have been getting buried past 6 games. Right now if they got in and played SA they could get swept.
I think MINN will sneak in, tonights game will help that playing 8th spot golden st.
LA needs to take these up coming home games
they should win tonight over portland portland took them last time out in LA.

the 6th spot plays the third spot which is san antonio. 7th plays phoenix, 8th dallas. as of now denver is 6, la 7. houston (5) would play utah (4). the top 5 spots are pretty set. you might see movement in the top 3. but the top 5 will stay the same.

Once they start clicking again they will return to their previous form. Their schedule is a bit tough the rest of the way. I wouldn't be surprised if they hang on for their playoff spot and then take whatever elite team they wind up facing to 7 games.
