Phoenix and OVER, take the desperate team. Besides these teams are evenly matched, and when was the last time a full powered Mercury team recorded 3 UNDER's in a row?? I guess never.

Wow their releasing lines at night time what the. But anywho I really like Phoenix. Phoenix are too relentless to lose game 4. My gut is saying Phoenix comes out strong and pounds Indiana. I might play this... Phoenix ML.

Yeah Phoenix will win this game 4 and go on to win game 5 at home, possibly.

After looking at the consensus, 74% of the public is on Phoenix spread and 86% is on Phoenix ML. This tell me the refs is gonna be all over Indiana possibly helping them win the finals. Do you guys know the consensus on the Phoenix/Indiana entire series?

The books don't care about WNBA games that much. Not enough money being bet on these games.
What is more important is the desperate status of the league. It's on life support and they need a great series and a Game 5 to help save it and generate more revenue.

BL, you seriously can't be comparing the NBA Finals to the WNBA Finals. The WNBA is almost out of business. The NBA is thriving as a whole.

Yes and that is why I am saying there is nobody trying to get this one to a 5th game. This game will simply be played - whoever wins it will be fine

BL, I disagree. The league is on its last legs, it needs the revenue and the extra exposure from a Game 5 badly.

The officiating will have a big say. In the last game, decided by 1 pt, they handed out a double technical, but only IND got to shoot a FT.
I'm staying away. I'd like to think Phoenix will not lose three in a row, but the way they treated their last possessions in the previous game (Poindexter hoisting up off-balanced shots, while ignoring her teammates, and a terribly executed final possession out of the time-out) has me wonder how cool they are under pressure.
If it's about superstars, Catchings has outplayed Taurasi (terrible shooting). If that continues tonight there will not be a game 5. And IND won't win game 5 in Phoenix, so this is it. This is about who is the coolest under pressure. So far, that has been IND.
Penny Taylor has been Phoenix's best player, coming off the bench (!). Starting Taylor would have given IND a much more difficult defensive assignment. And Phoenix may lose the finals because they don't call timeouts when it matters most. The coaching from IND is more on top of the game. PHX coaching is too loose for a final. That's why they get in early holes. Then they climb out of it and seem to be in control. Then IND calls timeout and makes adjustments and reclaims control. And then? No answer from PHX. The coach lets the players find the solution, while the game progresses and time starts to work against them. That's the problem. I lean IND, but am not touching it.

I agree with Roag on this one. The WNBA need all the promotion and exposure they can get. And a game 5 would be a HUGE help. I was really hoping Phoenix won game 3 so I can POUND Indy hard game 4. But I'm really liking Phoenix to win game 4, but it is hard HARD to go against the home team.

Roag, not disrespecting you mate but you really need to find some more credible sources of information.
NBA is losing more money than the WNBA at the moment. For example, Indiana Pacers are BLEEDING money relative to Indiana Fever.
There are many ignorant comments being made and I don't blame you mate, I used to make them myself.
WNBA is NOT subsidised by NBA. It is NOT going down hill - hell, they've got an expansion for next season in Tulsa.
No conspiracy theories here mate. I agree with BL, the game will be played and let the chips fall where they may.
I'm on Phoenix ML.

Great points DH, but we gotta remember that PHX are the defending champ, they have been their before, but IND haven't. I expect PHX to show their maturity and experience in this game, it will be a very close game. So I am going with the over instead of the sides. Good luck tomorrow.
