Careful the public is all over Detroit on this game. Usually don't go well when the public is all on one side.

There was also a lost last year in Denver, and they also lost a meaningless game to Denver in Detroit in a pre-season game.

Yeah public on and number moving the other way is always scary..

I was going to put 2 units. But decided on just one.

The spread seems reasonable imo.

For the season as a whole, Denver rates at about 1/2pt better than an average team, and Detroit rates about 4 pts. better. Throw in home court for Denver and I'd rate this game Detroit -1/2.

Of course, the nuggets have been quite a bit worse since the Iverson trade (2+pts a game worse) and have not beaten a quality team in months.

These teams played a great OT game here last year and Billups has a lot of fans in Denver.

I won't bet this one, but I'd lean towards Detroit. Good luck.
