There is decent value here with the under, IMO. Both of these teams do at times have unexpected offensive explosions, but in general like to play good D, and I think the line should be closer to the low 190s. With both on the second of a back-to-back, the energy level should be a tick lower than normal, and the total being close to 200 gives a little leeway. I'd put the under here at maybe a 55-56% proposition or so.
