Motivation shouldn't be a problem, IMO. Both are in playoff hunt.

Look at NO and SAC's record in the past weeks. Teams that are on the bubble (on the wrong side of it) have to step it up earlier, before the ASB.

I don't disagree with you Dark Horse, both teams have played well. But NBA teams checkout early all the time. Thats why it is one of the hardest sports to cap because you rarely get a teams best effort for 4 quarters. In my experience, this is one of the worst nights as players are preoccupied with other shit.

There are definitely teams that are mailing it in. But they're not the teams that feel they have underperformed and/or need to make up ground. Miami Heat is a good example. It's serious for them right now.

I sure hope teams come to play tonight, because I'm on a whole bunch of games. lol
