This is a big story:
1) IMHO, if Murray is compromised 20%, there is no way for the Nuggets to recoup those points. A similar player is not on the Nugget roster.
2) HC Malone was (surprisingly) quoted as saying that Murray was very limited in practice before Game 1.
3) Think back to the DEN/Laker series. How lethargic did Denver look for much of that series? Denver struggled, and the Lakers are not a good team.
4) Murray is actually listed as Questionable on the Injury Report.
5) Murray deflected it in the Game 1 post-game, which is what one would expect. Realistically, he's going to play. I just question how effective he'll be.
