Skipped a couple months late last season and never got in shape -due to a personal matter. Then showed up to training camp out of shape. Guy is not competitive. He is happy-go-lucky. They only got him in the first place as a way of shedding Russell. Should have traded him after the championship year... obvious sell high moment.
